Service Exchange
We understand that many customers have large numbers of devices out in the field and there is always a concern that these devices break down at critical times, especially when units are about to reach expiration of their warranty.
We now provide a Service Exchange option which will exchange your current working or non-working units for one of our refurbished units. These units are provided with a 12 month warranty and are in good working order. The repair/replacement downtime on your units will be kept to a minimum which benefits you “our customer” in providing an efficient high quality service.
Our aim is to create a trustworthy working relationship with you so we become "working partners" which adds value to your organisation.
Some examples of current Service Exchanges that we are able to offer you are shown here and are based on your devices being in working order, the prices on non-working units will be determined on an individual basis after our engineers have finally tested and accessed the non-working status of your units and provided you with a final report determining the faults.

Warranty Upgrade
This service is for customers who have WORKING devices that are out of warranty, or about to go out of warranty. We simply swap out your WORKING device for one of our working devices and we then offer you a 12 month warranty excluding liquid or physical damage on those devices.
All you need to do is send us your working device plus a warranty replacement fee (this will be model dependent).
Please email us with the models that you have and we will work out the warranty replacement fee for you.
Windows to Android Upgrades
This service is for customers who have working or non working Windows devices and want to upgrade to Android.For example you want to swap out from a P3470 to a HTC DESIRE C or you want to swap out from a MOTOROLA ES400 to a GALAXY NOTE N7100.We would need to know the models and quantities that you have and whether they are working or non working. We also need to know the model you require.
